16 Pounds
Crib
Now that Landon is 6 months old we thought it was about time we got him a crib. Most of the cribs we wanted were out of stock when we went to Ikea yesterday, but they did have this nice blue one available, so we took it home, put it together, and now Landon has a brand new bed. He seems to like it.

6 Months Old
Landon is 6 months old today. He celebrated by sleeping in this morning. He’s been sleeping for 10 hours straight, and still going, with just a quick break for a snack a couple of hours ago.

Swimming
Two blog updates in one day! We’re on a roll! Landon went swimming for the first time today. He had a wonderful time. No surprise there since he always enjoys bath time so much. There are a few more photos of our fun in the sun in the June photo album.

15 Pounds
Landon weighed in at 15 pounds today. We did zero out the diaper first so that’s 15 pounds of pure Landon. Click here to compare to his photo at 14 pounds.

School Photos
Landon had his first-ever school photos taken this month. We got them back yesterday. There are three different shots. Our favorite is the middle one where he’s flashing the “peace” sign but let us know which one is your favorite and we’ll make some prints for you. Two Quick Updates
Two quick updates for the Landon fans out there. 1. Landon has added video games to his list of bad habits. See how he’s grabbing Daddy’s thumbs in the photo above because Daddy was hogging the Xbox controller? 2. We’re sorry to report that Landon has his first ear infection. The doctor gave him his first prescription for antibiotics though so he should be as good as new in no time.
