Landon really likes to drink water. He can even drink it out of a full sized water bottle as you can see here. He’s also been doing quite a bit of climbing. You’ll see him drag a chair over to the counter and climb up onto the chair in order to access the counter in this movie clip. [Music is The Luckiest by Ben Folds]

School Pictures at 16 Months
This latest round of school photos was taken May 5, 2009. Unfortunately, Landon wasn’t having a very good day that day and his teachers (or the photographer) apparently also thought it was a good idea to button the top button on his shirt. Even after crying and dressed a little funny we think Landon is as adorable as can be. Here are links to Landon’s school photos Nov. 2008 and May 2008.
Swimming and Computer
It was hot today so Landon and his Mommy decided to take a dip in the pool. As you can see, Landon had a great time. There is also some footage here of Landon playing with the computer. He sees Mommy and Daddy using the computer a lot so naturally he wants to try it himself. [Music is Kids by MGMT]
23 Pounds
This photo was taken on May 10th. Landon has been getting taller but gaining weight more slowly since learning to walk, run and climb. For reference, here he is at 22 pounds, 21 pounds, 20 pounds, 19 pounds, 18 pounds, 17 pounds, 16 pounds, 15 pounds and 14 pounds. Click the photo above to see a larger version.
Smack Talk
This 3 minute video was shot during the first week in May. As you can see, Landon is talking quite a bit even though we can’t always understand what he’s saying. One of his favorite things to do is throw balls. If someone fetches the ball for him afterwards all the more fun. The iPhone App Landon is playing with here is called Smack Talk.
April 19 to 26
This video footage was shot between April 19 and April 26. You’ll see Landon’s first time on a swing and other fun at the park, lunch with Mommy and Ba Mai, and taking beer out of the pantry. Daddy hopes that before long Landon will bring him cold beer from the fridge instead of warm beer from the pantry. [Music is “Such Great Heights” by The Postal Service]
