Landon has been singing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” a lot lately but he refuses to do it when the camera is on. Instead we were able to capture some good footage of him dancing today.

Kicking the Ball
Landon has a new favorite game. He mastered kicking a ball this week. Here is a bunch of footage of Landon kicking various balls, playing with his cousins, and finally enjoying some “Ring Around the Rosie” at day care. [Music is Saturday by The Secret Handshake]
Words and Grandpa
Landon has been learning new words. He understands a lot more than he says, but he’s saying more all the time. Here he is saying “ball” and “right there.” There is also some good footage of Landon playing “blocks” with his Grandpa who was in town this weekend. Water Table and Spinning
Here is some footage from earlier today of Landon playing with his new WaterWheel Play Table. After changing into some dry clothes, Landon decided it would be fun to spin around in circles so we got some footage of that as well. May 23 to 30
Landon really likes to drink water. He can even drink it out of a full sized water bottle as you can see here. He’s also been doing quite a bit of climbing. You’ll see him drag a chair over to the counter and climb up onto the chair in order to access the counter in this movie clip. [Music is The Luckiest by Ben Folds]
School Pictures at 16 Months
This latest round of school photos was taken May 5, 2009. Unfortunately, Landon wasn’t having a very good day that day and his teachers (or the photographer) apparently also thought it was a good idea to button the top button on his shirt. Swimming and Computer
It was hot today so Landon and his Mommy decided to take a dip in the pool. As you can see, Landon had a great time. There is also some footage here of Landon playing with the computer. He sees Mommy and Daddy using the computer a lot so naturally he wants to try it himself. [Music is Kids by MGMT]
